Questions from Battle Mountain

Can I take a school that isn't in Battle Mountain?
Yes. The Nevada DMV puts it plainly: "You can attend any DMV-licensed school in Nevada, regardless of where you live." We are licensed by the DMV (provider licence DUI000024694), based in Elko, and teach Battle Mountain students online.
Is this class accepted by courts in Lander County?
We are a Nevada DMV-licensed DUI school (provider licence DUI000024694) and issue the state certificate. Courts do set their own conditions, so if your paperwork names a particular provider or requires in-person attendance, call us on (775) 777-4072 before you pay and we will tell you whether we fit.
Do you have a classroom in Battle Mountain?
Yes. Our classroom is at 429 Court St, Suite 2 in Elko, and Battle Mountain students do come to it. Most still choose online.
How long does it take?
The state course is a set number of hours and reading time is counted, so it cannot be rushed. Most people finish over a few evenings; some do it in a weekend.
What does it cost?
$145 for the online class and the live video class, $150 in the classroom. You pay when you register, and there is nothing else to pay afterwards.
How does the court get my certificate?
We send your completion to the court clerk you name when you register — for most Battle Mountain students that is a Lander County court — usually within a few business days, and you get your own copy in the app.
Can I start tonight?
Yes. Register, pay, and the first lesson opens straight away, at any hour.
